confused, my cabinet has vanished

Been looking out to see the my cabinet get its fibre twin,

today noticed a shiny new green box, and just couldn't see my old one, it was gone haha.

I guessing they just decided to replace old one, and this is isn't a fibre one as it doesn't
have the needed vents

That is a cabinet re-shell most likely the old cabinet was too small, keep an eye out on the roadworks as the FTTC twin will eventually appear.
