I've had to put up with shoddy 900-1.5mb download speed for nearly 6 years now, so was delighted to see the utilities putting in fibre in my village about 3 months ago. I spoke to an open reach engineer whilst he was working on the green cabinet 300 yards away from my house and he said that the village should be FTTC enabled by June this year.
My friend who lives about about 0.5 mile down the road was contacted by Talk Talk about a month ago to see if he wanted to upgrade to fibre which he is in the process of doing, yet when I try and see if I can get it it says it is not yet available to me..can anyone provide me with a reason why I can't get it, it's so frustrating!!!
My exchange is South Elmsall
Thanks in advance
