Just had my BT Infinity installed loving it so far but I've noticed that I'm showing quite a bit of constant packet loss shown on my broadband quality monitor.
Does anyone know what would cause this?

Interestingly I checked pingtest.net and it showed no packetloss is this an issue with thinkbroabdns ping monitor ?
Can anyone also confirm if I'm currently placed on interleave ?
