We have started seeing Openreach announce new exchanges being enabled. The first announcement was 15th April with 12 exchanges announced.
A further 17 have been announced today ( 23rd April)
ATHERTON, BINLEY, BLACKPOOL, BOSTON, CAERNARVON, CASTLE BROMWICH, EDINBURGH ABBEYHILL, EDINBURGH NEWINGTON, GLASGOW BARRHEAD, LARBERT, PARKSTONE. RADFORD, RIBBLETON
Shanklin, ST. MARYCHURCH, STOKE TRINITY, VENTNOR
This make 1469 exchanges with some live cabs.
Interestingly only 8 of these were on the coming soon list, 3 of which were shown as Sep 13 dates !
There are 80 left on the coming soon list for March(3) and June (77) 2013.
(Edit to change the count of exchanges rather than rows in the sheet!)

Barnstaple is just in the process of going live (some cabs accepting orders) and that had a provisional date of Dec 2013.

Brixham, Devon is currently accepting orders for some cabinets. Forecast was June 2013, then Sept 2013. The OpenReach Superfast site still shows as coming soon.

Barnstaple is an oddity in that it isn't in the accepting orders list Or the Coming soon list anymore, but is on the Future exchanges list for 2013 calendar year.
Could be a typo, are you sure some cabs are already accepting orders? does anyone have an actual date yet?

An additional 17 were announced on 29th April.
ASTON COMMON, BARNSTAPLE, BRADFORD-ON-AVON, Broomfield, EASTVILLE, EDINBURGH LEITH, EDINBURGH WESTER HAILES, EXHALL
GLASGOW POLLOK, HEBDEN BRIDGE, HENFIELD, HERNE BAY, MENAI BRIDGE, RECTORY, RHYL, SANDOWN, TROON.
This makes 1486 exchanges with live cabs.
The Coming soon list appears to heve less and less relevance to what is actually delivered as 8 of these were not on the list and only showed in the Future exchange list.
Menai Bridge appears to be another BDUK site enabled so these are starting to trickle through.

An additional 21 arrived in the Excel sheet around 7th May.

And a further 10 on the 14th May.
BLACKBURN, BURNHAM-ON-SEA, GRANGEMOUTH, HOLT, NEATH, NORTH BENFLEET, PORTSCATHO, STEPNEY, TINTAGEL, WEEK ST MARY
Bringing the total to 1517 exchanges with live cabs. An increase of 59 since The end of March.
Holt may be the first of the Norfolk BDUK sites to be live and Ledbury may be a BDUK site in Hereford and Worcester.

Fun and games. My exchange went "enabled" also, but I know for a fact they haven't even started laying fibre to any cabinets yet (although the cabinets themselves were installed 8-12 months ago).
The exchange was originally supposed to go active three years ago, so not exactly on schedule (constant shifting 3 months on the date!).
