Exchange enabled but not cabinet

Hi there, I'm hoping someone may be able to help, I've recently moved house to a new build. I had BT fibre at my old house but was told I couldn't get it at my new one. My internet speed is now terrible 1-2mps if I'm lucky. I wanted to find out when I might be able to get fibre again and after searching found my exchange is enabled but not the cabinet and there's doesn't appear to be anywhere you can find out when a cabinet will be enabled.

I searched here http://fttc-check.alc.im/results.php?postcode=PR67RD and it appears that my cabinet is not part of any upgrade phase.
Does this mean that I'll basically never get fibre?

Have a look at Superfast Lancashire.

EDIT: The site indicates Bamber Bridge area is getting worked on and they expect to have more coverage in place by the end of the year. Chorley not so good.

That. PCP spreadsheet is nearly. 2 years old and dosnt include any BDUK funded cabinets.
I have a strong feeling that your PCP will be included sooner rather than later.
