Fibre estimates differant now

I have recently had fibre installed at home when I checked availability a couple of weeks ago the checker said I would receive up to 37 mb and low would be 30mb however after doing a speed test I'm only getting at best 18mb I then rechecked on the BT availability checker and these figures have now changed from the original to 25mb/18mb

I have asked my supplier who have confirmed I was originally quoted up to 37mb if I have been mis-sold the product, I was getting 12mb on ADLS and feel that the speed gain is really not worth the extra £12 a month.

What do people think is my best course of action?

I went from 7m to 40m. What cabinet are you on and how far from that do you think you live. You can get the cabinet number from the btbwholesale line checker
