I am on the West Wickham exchange, cabinet 17. The wholesale checker at
https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html says "FTTC is currently not available on this cabinet due to following reasons:- We are in ongoing discussion with the relevant authority about the location of your cabinet."
The availability date is given as Sep 2014. This date constantly slips and other cabinets in the locality seem to have been upgraded a couple of years ago.
My question is: is there really an "ongoing discussion" with the relevant authority? I can't see a problem with the cabinet location - the pavement is narrow, but looks OK. (My mother is in a wheelchair and even with a wider cabinet it wouldn't be an issue pushing her through.)
