can this be only house in street without fibre?

My relative lives in Woldingham and was looking forward to somewhat faster speeds once the exchange was upgraded to fibre in June. However, despite the exchange being upgraded they are not able to order BT infininity or even BT faster broadband. The DSLchecker is still showing ADSL max at up to 4.5mbps as their best rate.

I checked the 2 houses on either side and the 2 houses opposite (all on same exchange and same cabinet) and they are all showing FTTC enabled clean and impacted speeds (typically clean 16-24 and impacted 9 to 19).

Is it possible that a house on the same exchange and cab cannot get the same speeds as the neighboring houses? The problem is that even if this is just an error on the DSLchecker, the BT sales people won't upgrade without it showing on their system.

What dslchecker state, is there a cabinet number quoted?

All the houses are on the same cabinet (number 1) and same exchange (woldingham)

The house in question is Downswold, CR3 7HH
No FTTC numbers
ADSL max: Downstream line rate up to 4.5mbps, no downstream range given (just dashes)

The two houses on either side are Holly View, CR3 7HH

FTTC clean 24-17, impacted 19.6-9.5
ADSL max: Downstream line rate up to 6mbps, downstream range 5-8

and Aldholm, CR3 7HH

FTTC clean 21.8-15.5, impacted 18.6-8.8
ADSL max: Downstream line rate up to 5.5mbps, downstream range 4.5-8

So Downswold has no FTTC numbers and also no ADSL max downstream range and also the ADSL line rate seems a bit lower than both the house closer to cab 1 and the house slightly further away (but all houses are next to each other on same street with less than 10m between each).

Any ideas?

I'm not sure what extra info I need to give? Probably being thick but sorry.

The numbers I'm quoting are from the BT Wholesale DSL checker.

As you've provided the postcodes and the house names, it's easy for anyone to use the checker themselves if any information is missing, but I can't see what could be missing

Given all the other houses on the street I've checked (about 20) seem to have FTTC estimations on the DSL checker, is it possible this is just some glitch in the database? Who would you talk to to get it fixed.

The problem is if you talk to the ISP (BT in this case) they say you can't get fibre because I assume their computer feeds straight off the DSL checker (or similar). Hence this becomes a roadblock to getting BT infinity or BT faster broadband.
