Fibre connection re-authenticating every few seconds

Hi,

According to TalkTalk Business tech support my router (Asus RT-AC87R) is re-authenticating my connection every 3-4 seconds & the modem is an Openreach ECI version. Is this normal? Otherwise I'll borrow a router from somewhere and see if the same issue exists. This may or may not have something to do with high latency on my line every evening for the last few days. (ignore the red chunks, i was just faffing around with the router)

Not normal, the Asus logs should show the re-auth if it is happening. Also would expect a LOT more red spikes since authentication is not instant.
