I'd try the non-beta firmware 06.20 http://en.avm.de/service/downloads/download/show/18847/
If you can't directly get that on the F!B from the beta there's a recovery image here: ftp://ftp.avm.de/fritz.box/fritzbox.fon_wlan_7390/x_...
I'm running 06.20 with absolutely no problems (I get exactly 20000 upload sync and around 18Mb/s on TBB speedtest)(

Do you have a BT modem or suitable HomeHub to try as an alternative (to rule out a line/cabinet/exchange issue?
What are your DSL stats looking like (usually http://192.168.178.1/internet/dsl_stats_tab.lua?sid=65e257cd73a3fc1e& )?

I did try the openreach modem back online was getting my speed back again . have tried to edit the settings file but when I try to upload it I get this message
The specified file is not a valid import file.
just a thought could you forward a copy of you settings file would that work ?
here are my stats
Receive Direction Send Direction
Max. DSLAM throughput kbit/s 74000 20000
Min. DSLAM throughput kbit/s 128 128

Something not too good there, your US attenuation is low (usually a good thing) but attainable and actual rates are dreadful (particularly for your DS rate).
Is this with the 'normal' 06.20 firmware?
My stats for comparison:
Negotiated Connection Properties
Receive Direction Send Direction
Max. DSLAM throughput kbit/s 80000 20000
Min. DSLAM throughput kbit/s 128 0
Attainable data rate kbit/s 65660 25453
Current throughput kbit/s 66416 20000
Seamless rate adaptation off off
Latency fast fast
Impulse Noise Protection 49.1 44.9
G.INP on on
Signal-to-noise ratio dB 7 9
Bitswap on on
Line attenuation dB 13 14
Profile 17a
G.Vector off off
Carrier record A43 A43
Note I have G.INP recently activated from my (Huawei) cabinet so Impulse Noise Protection figures look particularly odd.

Not sure if 'Bitswap off' on your upstream is indicating something here, mine's always been on.

yes mate had to use the recovery file of the link you posted
FRITZ!OS 06.20
ftp://ftp.avm.de/fritz.box/fritzbox.fon_wlan_7390/x_...
thanks for your time by the way appreciated

You should have
Bitswap on on
as Al1264 has shown.
100% Linux and, previously, Unix.
|
|
|
|
Is there a option to enable that?
|
|
|
|
I'd assume that to be automatic if configuration is correct.
Have to admit I''m stumped for further suggestions.
One possibility might be to run 'Diagnostics' on your F!B and sent the result to AVM support in case they can spot a problem.

Have emailed support mate just waiting for reply

I don't have a 7390 to check but in the UK bit swapping should be enabled for both DS & US. I would think that there should be a configuration option, somewhere.
100% Linux and, previously, Unix.

Mine's always been on (of its own accord), pretty sure there's no accessible setting to change this. Modified configs (restoring from modified files) are often problematic, that's why the F!B will reject any it doesn't think are 100% legit.

I'd be interested so see your bitloading spectrum: http://192.168.178.1/login.lua?page=/internet/dsl_spectrum.lua&sid, you'd need to upload it to any suitable image hosting site and link it back here, that might, at least, indicate if there are particular frequency ranges not being used properly for upstream bits (though I think getting bitswap on may be the answer if only we knew how!).
Did you restore any config after loading the 06.20 recovery image?
Your options, at present, appear to be:
Wait to see what, if anything, AVM support come up with
Use it with the BT Modem (for the time being anyway)
Use it 'as is' if the reduced upstream isn't causing any significant issues with your internet usage.

no mate haven't tried that.

Thanks for the screenshots, I can only comment by comparison with mine but you appear to have poor bitloading in all upstream bands, there appear to be some nasty dips in the bitloading, particularly in the U2 band (approx tones 2000 to 2800).
I believe the bitloading indicates you're on an ECI cabinet (the tones extend further at the top compared with Huawei) and you don't have G.INP active - another giveaway, not sure if the F!B7390 is in any way 'less compatible' with ECI cabinets.
My bitloading for comparison: Bitloading

thanks again for reply mate . you are correct I am on a ECI cabinet looks like I will have to change my modem/router

Can't answer directly, but I have the Fritz 3390, with G-INP enabed, and my speeds improved.
Maybe give Fritz support a try?
ZeN Unlimited Fibre 2
Fritz!Box 3390

what cabinet are you connected to mate ?mine is a ECI was also thinking of buying a
TP Link TD-W9980 seem to work well with ECI cabinets due to same chip set

They don't as yet support G.inp , so i would wait and see ,as it may become a door stop , assuming your on FTTC
