2 weeks to fix a virtual path issue! I bet they wouldn't like me paying for this under-performing excuse for service 2 weeks late, but apparently it takes Openjoke forever to sort this stuff out.
From 66 megs to somewhere slower than the former ADSL service I had (so think sub 7 meg) and even that ran at the lower end of expectations and was unstable. Its a joke - and an expensive one at that.
