FaceTime causing me to lag on PS4

Hi,

I have a 80/20 mbit connection and for some reason when someone is FaceTimeing it is causing me to lag a lot, it uses about 300kb/s upload and i would of thought it shouldn't affect my other connections.

any ideas why this is happening?

Make sure you have the ports open in your firewall.
