No ISPs offering 55/10 product

According to this page a 55/10 Mbps product has been available from Openreach since January 16th but I can't find any ISPs offering this package. This option would be great for me as my estimates show I could get around 50Mpbs down and 9Mbps up. Currently on PlusNet 40/2.

Does anyone know if any ISPs plan on even offering 55/10 ?

I suspect BT retail will offer it at some point. Their UHD service for sport requires 44meg.

Yes, at least one ISP will offer it - Openreach would not have introduced the speed tier if an ISP hadn't specifically requested it.

However, BT Wholesale haven't yet made it available to ISPs who use them so at the moment the only ISPs how could offer it are LLU ISPs.

BT Wholesale will be offering it to their ISPs from 14/03/2016 so I would expect to see ISPs start offering it by April

its probable BT retail will use it, although I suspect they may use it to sell 40/10 and just reserve some of the bandwidth for iptv usage.

Won't be for a while if at all. I don't think Openreach have been granted use of the 30a profile. With G.fast starting to be rolled out this year I personally don't think it'll happen.

G.fast are probably better than 30a profile on the vdsl.
