Does anyone know where this cabinet actually is? The one I think it is (near Cartmel racecourse) has a nice Fibre Broadband is Here sticker on it but I'm beginning to wonder if I've got the wrong one.
Openreach postcode checker says cabinet 23 is being Built but I've been told my business is getting it so often only to then be told I'm not that I'm sceptical.
Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

A postcode might help folk on here help you.

The phone cabinet should be within 50 metres of it, but possibly as far as 80 metres. It's the phone cabinet that should have the number. FTTC cabs do not.

Approx LA11 6HF. There's one here, which seems to be on someone's driveway - could be this one. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@54.2023085,-2.9485882...

Well spotted only 50m from where my lat/lng put it too
I couldn't find it when going down road today on Streetview.
In which case if the poster is at the other postcode given, then distance from the cabinet means VDSL2 no benefit to them.

Cabinet to postcode is 1.8miles? Or am I looking at something wrong?

The postcode is LA11 6HR
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Field+Broughton,...
And I think Cabinet 23 is around here:
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/54%C2%B012'09.1%...
I've just looked on streetview though and the cabinet that I keep driving past hopefully which now has a sticker on it isn't showing on Streetview so it's obviously more recent than Google Earth images.
But this cabinet map (albeit not official) shows Cabinet 23 nowhere near where I thought it was when I put LA11 6HR into the search field and a cursory drive around the other day showed nothing in that location.

Do my eyes decieve me? Does that house have a nameplate saying "old telephone exchange"?

That makes sense. I suspected as much. Connecting Cumbria recently added 21 to their live cabinet list and hence the sticker.
A BT engineer once told me that was mine and to look out for work on that cabinet!!
Any ideas where cabinet 23 might be?

Thank you!
Roughly just under 2 miles away which appears to be less than the cabinet I thought it was.
Still quite a distance but better than nothing!
