That makes sense. I suspected as much. Connecting Cumbria recently added 21 to their live cabinet list and hence the sticker.
A BT engineer once told me that was mine and to look out for work on that cabinet!!
Any ideas where cabinet 23 might be?

Roughly just under 2 miles away which appears to be less than the cabinet I thought it was.
Still quite a distance but better than nothing!
