New Precast Chamber and Ducting

Hey guys,

Noticed an entry on roadworks in my street for "Build 1 precast chamber 725mm x 255mm x 665mm deep in Footway,Install 1m of 1 way poly duct in Footway,Install 5m of 1 way poly duct in Verge"

However we already have (very poor) FTTC in the street, with them laying more ducting, is this anything to get excited about?

Sounds to me like an JF2 box going on an existing frontage tee joint and then duct to provide a new copper feed to a property ..... So to clear a fault, or maybe provide a second line at a property with an existing single pair buried feed.

is this anything to get excited about?
