Anyone know if this means what it implies?
Is this a generic description, or does it really mean someone is getting FTTP?

They may be moving some existing fibre to make way for a traffic light pole, perhaps!

I don't think it is directly related to anyone in the area getting FTTP.

Just four way traffic lights, possibly to access underground jointing chamber, possibly for cabling, maybe even overhead works at a junction. The head is only temporary traffic light.

So it's just a temporary traffic light set up, not much info about the actual work being done.
