G.FAST Small PCP

Is G.Fast rolled out to smaller single door PCP's?

All the photos and cabs I have seen out and about have been twin door bigger PCP's.

They will reshell the cab for a larger on if required.

Not viable to g.fast single door cabs.

How many premises can a single door cabinet serve? I imagine it could be viable to have G.fast on a single door cabinet if it was high density with a good amount of subscribers able to receive ultrafast speeds (so therefore a good candidate for G.fast). G.fast only allows for up to 48 subscribers under the current amendment with current DPUs that I am aware of, but the target is for 96 in the future. There's probably a good chance that the amount of premises eligible will be more than capacity in higher density areas on smaller cabinets.

Though that ignores that the G.fast pod needs the newer steel cabinet design in order to bolt on a G.fast pod, as with copper extensions.

Well the kit won�t physically attach to that type of cab for starters.
