Have Openreach forgotten to update the checker?

Our road has been FTTP'd over the last year. The DSL checker shows most of the road as being able to order FTTP. However our property and a few neighbouring ones (which are in actually a different postcode) do not show availability frown

Interestingly the pole that feeds the properties has the same equipment as the rest of the road (the connector blocks wired in). Which leads me to think that it may actually be ready but someone has forgotten to press a magic button.

Is there any way to check or perhaps one of the gurus on this forum could nudge Openreach?
