York's Ultra Fibre Optic truck - not in York

Just a quick question (I forgot my old username, so I've re-registered, sorry!).

I was driving earlier and came across a truck in "York's Ultra Fibre-Optic" livery next to a trench in the road in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire - about 40 miles from York.

Presumably this is nothing to do with fibre-optic broadband and the truck was just being reused, but it made me curious! Any ideas? (I don't live in the Dewsbury area and I'm happy with my BB, so this isn't an "OMG I'm super excited when's it being activated???" thread.)

Dewsbury is on their list, they claim to be there, but suspect this is a case of partial built rather than live to order.
