BT stopped offering FTTP at property?

[link to this post]

I am literally about to complete the purchase of a property and before I offered I ensured it was FTTP ready.

IT shows on the wholesale checker

WBC FTTP: Downstream Up to 1000, Upstream Up to 220, Install Process 1 Stage

I have done several BT broadband searches in the last few months only today to do another and it is saying 'Ultrafast is not availablle'

Does anyone have any idea why this happen?

Thanks.

Try another provider if the Wholesale checker still shows it available?

See if Zens ordering system allows an order or not.

Somebody else here found the same, and their property already has FTTP.

It could be that BT are not selling FTTP at the moment - maybe engineers too busy with other things, or too many self-isolating. Or a system bug. Or preparation for the release of new FTTP products due out this coming Monday (23rd).

The BT availability checkers have been a bit, hit and miss for a few days, not always returning results correctly.

Feel free to complete an availability check via our site https://www.aquiss.net/unlimited-fttp-fibre-broadband/ and a member of the team will check and verify things for you.
