FTTC 'Unavailable'

[link to this post]

Hello - I'm looking to change providers from talktalk, but BT / SKY / Zen etc are currently not showing that i have had fibre (currently get 12mb down and am on a talk talk fibre product), but when you check the BT DSL Checker - It states unavailable?

Any advice?

Have you looked at the BT wholesale checker? You will find this comment

"VDSL FTTC and SOGEA is currently not available on this cabinet due to following reasons:- This cabinet is temporarily unavailable for fibre orders due to engineering works."

The Codelook website says availability in September.

So it looks like some work is happening at the cabinet so you will have to wait until it is done.
