KCI 2 state on existing FTTP circuit following regrade order :: Fibre Broadband

Spoke to Zen on Friday and requested a regrade to the new Fibre 100 (currently have the legacy full fibre 2)

Person did say it would go through over the next 72 hours, I queried if it was an automated process as wondered if he meant working hours which to me would mean Monday-Friday on a residential connection but he said the process was automated.

It's been showing as waiting for KCI 2 for two days, does this indicate a problem?

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen => Freeola => Vivaciti (using O2 Wholesale DSL) => Xilo (C&W Wholesale) => Xilo (O2 Wholesale) => Xilo (TT Wholesale due to O2 Wholesale closure) => Zen LLU =>> ZeN FTTP (76 Mbps down, 18 Mbps up)
Router: Fritzbox 7530
