Is this some sort of Openreach survey, or are they dog thieves as some of my Facebook neighbours think?

Bit obvious I'd have thought!

Spoke to a neighbour who asked what they're up to, and apparently it is something to do with fibre. No clue who they worked for though as they had backpacks over the hi-vis vests.

Swish are in a town down the road, but no mention of here (High Wycombe).

Probably a PIA survey for another CP, they like to bend the rules , i.e. using electric scooters in a public place.

Looking on one.network, it looks like F&W Networks are running a lot of fibre in the town centre in December...!
