Do they do a Site Survey for FTTP via Overhead Dropwire?

Do BT Openreach do a Site Survey for FTTP when will be supplied via Overhead Dropwire?

They do (or at least did for mine).

In most cases an engineer will visit prior to the final appt date. On this visit they should check for light at the CBT(DP) check for line of site issues, trees, road crossings, D poles, etc.
AND, if possible, fit the overhead connectorised cable to the premises and into the CSP.

BUT, this doesn’t always happen due to constraints of work load etc.
