BT Full Fibre 900 - available to neighbours, checker says no

[link to this post]

I'm currently with Virgin Media but BT's Full Fibre 900 is now available in our road. When I tried BT Broadband checker it tells me that no Fibre is available but my next door neighbour who is hooked up to the same pole & cabinet can get it as well as neighbours on the other side of me.

Please does anyone have idea what might be going on? Will moving back to a BT line first help me out?
TIA

Moving back to BT won't help.

It can help nudge a database with FTTC services if a landline hasn't been used for years.

FTTP availability is strictly at the address level and switching back to an OpenReach based service won't nudge anything here.

Have you checked your address on the broadband availability checker and not the BT site directly?

You can fill out this form on the OpenReach website and choose the option "my neighbours can get fibre broadband but i cannot".

If I enter my phone number in the BAC I get an error and if I enter a specific address it mentions nothing about fibre. Entering my neighbours address they get

WBC FTTP Up to 1000 Up to 220 -- Available 1 Stage

I'll try that form.

Thanks
