Hi there, I emailed ITS about availability as i'm apparently in their fibre network area as there's very very little information around on their site about their residential packages at all.
Looking at their network map, they supply a neighbouring business and apparently have quite a few customers in the Tameside area.
Unfortunately, ITS never bothered to get back to me and it's been a few weeks. Before I go calling them, can anyone tell me if they have partners who use their network who may be able to actually take on residential users as I have a few friends who may also be interested, if not... does anyone know the cost/options for their residential services?
I could do with a bit of a faster upload speed for my job than the 12mbps I can get from FTTC and apparently Openreach have no plans to do my area (Ashton-Under-Lyne) to FTTP anytime soon.
