Improving the FTTP Broadband experience

Hi all, my first post on this forum after using this site for a number of years.

Like many of you I have been after FTTP for a long time - which has been even more frustrating given that I live in London. Over Christmas I put together this article outlining my journey, and I wanted to share back to the community.

It may have taken 780 days but I'm sure it could be quicker for you!
