Fibre query?

[link to this post]

I live in a non fibre area. Owing to some input from our M.P. fibre was installed in Dec. 2020. In fact the fibre and CBT are directly outside my front door in an underground chamber.
My next door neighbour is connected, I am showing as unavailable because I live in a M.D.U.

The problem appears to with the freeholder of the building.
The freeholders agent SIMARC are notorious for this type of behaviour, usually demanding a huge fee for granting permission to install.
I have contacted SIMARC direct, and their response is that they are waiting for a response from a fibre deployment company Eris Media??
So 14 mths after Opreach install the fibre, I am no closer to enjoying the benefit of it.

The latest response from Simarc.

"This matter is progressing via our fibre deployment company and Openreach. Once we are in receipt of the required wayleave for our Directors to sign then Openreach will arrange for dates to attend."

Sounds like progress but time will tell. All the best and keep on their case.

Despite any of the information from Simarc, Eris Media, I have made further checks. It is now showing as available at 10 flats. out of a total of 36 flats.

These 10 are low rise 3 storey flats.
I assume that they will be wired direct rather than a communal system.
