BT Complaints

[link to this post]

Is emailing [removed by tbb] good for complaints about BT as well as Openreach?

Cheers!

No, not really. His team may pass it on but much better to target the appropriate BT Director.

A very serious complaint - CEO, or if Wales specific for example, then Nick Speed.

When I attempted to contact a high-level complaints team at BT the response actually came from the Openreach infrastructure high-level team.

I addressed it to BT because I knew the issue was with BT Wholesale, rather than Openreach, but as it related to availability of FTTP there is probably a blanket policy to refer all such enquiries to Openreach.

The Openreach chap was very helpful and contacted BTw on my behalf to resolve the problem (an entire London exchange gained WBC FTTP overnight).
