Spring Fibre??

This is a long shot but does anybody know anything about Spring Fibre?

They've been installing infrastructure in and around Lincoln, and as far as I'm aware they aren't an ISP in their own right.

I've tried calling them a couple of times to see if it's possible to find out which ISP's will offer a service over their infrastructure, but I'm always advised to leave my details and someone will get back to me, they never do.

From reading their website, it does appear that Spring Fibre don't wish to provide an internet service to retail customers themselves. They just want to provide the physical infratructure and have other ISPs use it a bit like a baby Openreach.

Finding such ISPs could be quite difficult, especially at the start as there won't be many potential customers.
