Openreach if Hyperoptic already in building

Hyperoptic have recently installed their FTTP service in my block of flats. Does this mean that Openreach will never install their FTTP service?

Have you told Openreach who the freeholder and/or management company is for your building?

No my old place literally had Hyperoptic first then Openreach put FTTP into the block as well a year or so later using the risers.
