Currently on 300mb package, ~70mb highest I can move to

I've been on a 300mb package with BT since I moved into my house over 18 months ago and I'm looking to move providers when my contract is up. When I'm checking other providers, nothing higher than ~70mb is available from anywhere else apart from Sky who are offering ~150mb. Any ideas as to why?

You are on a G.Fast connection with BT, many other isps do not offer a G.fast product for you to order hence the limit of 80mbits via vdsl2! You currently do not have fttp available to your property.

So what providers offer them? The ones that do according to OpenReach don't go higher than 80mb

Just an update. Checking Ynysybwl against Openreach's when and where, your exchange area will be covered by fttp. Not every property will be fttp'd.
