Green Ducting

Near to the dentist at Christleton, Chester today, noticed some green ducting at the base of a BT pole. There were also some newish Toby boxes adjacent to boundary walls.

Is green ducting associated with BT?

Openreach use grey duct..green is usually CATV. Probably PIA
