I'm on Windows 7 and ir hasn't worked yet on FF or IE 8 here.

You are on FTTC too, I seem to remember. I hope it is not just FTTC customers - or trying to persuade the help desk will be horrendous.

Looks like BT have comprehensively broken it then.

Again.

Except maybe for Mac users, which makes a change smile

And the lack of failure reports may be because everyone is so used to it failing frown

3 FTTC and one Copper ... so far.

I think it was an untested software release that was put out overnight.

It has never failed for me before - except early evenings when it is overloaded and that gave a different report.

I've had that problem a number of times. I have also had that it is busy as well so many times that I have now given up with it and raised a ticket with BT.
