O2 LLU ADSL2+, Vista with IE8 on a laptop with 15.4" 1280 x 800 screen it doesn't even show the FTTP box. It stops before the line under the FTTC one, with the horizontal scroll bar! I can of course scroll down to see the FTTP one but that isn't an obvious thing to do seeing as scrolling on that page is new.

However I can get to it rejecting the phone number, after it has gone through this message:-

"To use the Performance Tester, Java must be installed and enabled on your PC and Browser. If you are unable to see a message at the top of your screen that says "PERFORMANCE TESTER" then please go to FAQ section to troubleshoot." Presumably that means it reckons my Java is fine, or are you all getting that far.

Repeated test shows a flash of something red before the screen loads. Tried FF and your error message is clearly there for a fraction of a second before continuing.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains, website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - O2 Standard.

I can run the tester to the point that it will show my IP profile, but it then shows an error message, and won`t run a speedtest.

I`m on an adsl max connection using firefox.

Same issue, Speedtester checks details, then respond's

The Performance Tester is currently unable to run a speed test for your broadband connection. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider.

I was just doing a reply - which is now posted. Both their link and mine run the same application and the same error messages appear.
