Yes, you have mentioned that several times now. If this worries you, use a different ISP. I am happily using BT Infinity. Have a son who is surgically attached to X-box live, three lap tops, a PC and BT Vision. No one has capped us.
Even now, nobody needs more than 300GB on a domestic service. I merely pointed out that uploads are counted, which for some people may be important. Online backups for example.

Yes, thank you, I understand about speed caps, FUP's, etc. If you feel you are likely to be going over this, then find someone else.
My point was that in a fairly internet busy household, like mine, BT Infinitys FUP was fine.
Sat 26th Feb "from what i did hear bt infinity cuts your speed if you go over 300 gigs usage in a month
but i spoke to the (CEO) ian livningstion team on the phone yesterday and they said this does not happen at all the only thing that might happen is you may get a letter informing you of your usage "
