Maybe the cables are coiled up there waiting? It needs the incoming fibre, a link cable to the existing cabinet, and mains power.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - IDNet Home Starter Fibre.

I hope so, my cab is still showing the 31st March. The FTTC cab has been in place for at least 7 weeks now but the last time I checked the cab was still silent. frown

BT -> Zen -> F2S -> Bulldog -> Be*

update::::

I just caught a very friendly OR engineer at my cab... (cab 6), He is there, putting meters in and powering up. Apparently there is a duct blockage affecting about 5 cabs, of which mine is one of them!!!! This will be resolved by friday this week. He says ALL cabs which have gone in will be live by 31/3!!! (this guy was a supervisor in a small van!! seemed to know his stuff)

Good luck everyone

yep just ordered this to cant really fault it with a free install and martin knows his stuff and has answered all of my replys

before everyone yaps on about BT Infinty yes you can download of peak (maybe your lucky and your shifts let you) but for most people will leave there comps running do that over a month soon adds up and yes they are lifting FUP but not not traffic shaping

and the end of the day it comes down to personal preference mines Aquiss will provide feedback as soon as i can for people in the haslington exchange area
