I work as part of the team that delivers each CCP release to the CS Estate every 3 months. As far as I am aware CCP is a Sieble / Oracle product that has been modified for BT's own use.

No dev work is carried out on CSS as all of consumer have been migrated and Business are in the process of migrating.

yeah well it might be a while, they phoned earlier and told me the line is now active, all they need to do is activate the fibre connection, and give me a date of 9th of may which is 3 weeks away, ive already waited 3 weeks now, i complained and am now waiting for a phone call to see if they can bring that date forward.

CSS is still running in the background doing its thing
