Right!
You have either ordered ADSL2+, which is BT Total Broadband, or you have ordered an FTTP service. The figures you fave initially are a mixture of the two estimates, so something is wrong with what she told you. You cannot get 15Mps upload on the ADSL2+.
Have you had any confirmatory emails? You need to check what has been ordered.

No idea sorry, but I expect huge! Perhaps 100Mbps connection, 80Mbps actual download. Just guessing though.

I thought you said she had ordered ADSL2+ for you, and you were going to ring them? ADSL2+ is the 4.5-11.5 estimate.

Check your confirmation email as to what service has been ordered. Why someone would out you on ADSL2+ when FTTP is available is beyond me given they packages are the same price IIRC.

Phoned them was in deed on their system for broadband not FTTP. Has been sorted.
