As put in your other post, there are lots of providers who will put through an order for you, and in all likelihood your speed will be greater than the estimate (unless you are one of the unlucky ones).

My estimate was 11.4, I ordered with Plusnet and am very happy with 32 Mbps down.

The same for me I was told I would get 8mb and ended up with 27 I was over the moon, and I've read stories that other people have had the upload cap removed. But I cant get any where when I have tried.

Are you sure about that ??? 566m gets me full sync, and I have installed many longer lines that have had full sync.
