It has been a very long wait, stuck for 7 years on 0.6Mbps, can't believe FTTC has finally arrived with no notification or marketing campaign at all! I thought they would have written to everyone inviting subscribers to update.

these 20 cabs (additional deployement) were advised in March 2011 -- they become live to superfasr providers an no advance notification is given

once the communication provider can see the cab live it can market any customers

When people say they are checking BTWholesale, are you just using the standard ADSL checker?

If so, PCP69 is still not active and there is no physical sign of any work having been carried out on it. Is there nowhere where we can get any information on what's happening? PCP69 is earmarked for this phase but nothing's happened.

Think once the 20 have been done this will bring it isome around mid 90's in terms of Cab delployment in Basingstoke

has any notifications been made on cab 69 ? as yet

BT Infinity installed on Monday and it works brilliantly!
Now getting 37.5M downlaod in Primrose Gardens.

Yes I am on PCP 67 have just gone live - 1st November with BT Infinity. Getting 37.5Mb down and 8Mb up, (was 1.2Mb down - 0.3Mb up and yes it was a better speed than most in Chineham.)

Because there are additional cabs on a live exchnage -- they are coming live with little or no advance Notification to the Communication providers fication and so in this case the watching basingstoke ooomunity is ahead our the Communication Provider offering the service -- once a cab goes live thends to be a bit of a lag beofre it is marketed on -- -- this is obviously not the case in Basiingstoke
