Thought I read it somewhere that they were located together? anyway couple of pics of what they have done so far. second appointment is next week

It doesn't usually take anywhere like 5 hours to do step 1. That's worse case scenario. It can be as quick as an hour. Stage two is quick, it just involved drilling a hole in your wall, splicing the fibre from the white box onto another piece of fibre that will be put through your wall and plugged into the FTTP modem inside your house. This is then connected via ethernet cable to your HH3. Also, your phone socket needs to be transferred onto the new copper cable you'll also notice has been run from the pole along with your fibre tube.
