Two things spring to mind here...
1. That IP profile sounds high for the current product portfolio, but isn't infeasible.
Can you run the test at
The BT speedtester and tell us what the profile value is there.
Then run a test at
Speedtest and give us the results.
Now you ought to be able to go faster, it becomes important to try to do these (and certainly the second one)
wired, rather than wireless.
2. Your line has been reset, but that doesn't yet mean it is running fault-free. The DLM process will spend the next 2 days monitoring the line, before deciding whether it needs to intervene.
Your line might still be faulty - and suffering a lot of packet loss - but we just can't see it yet.
It is worthwhile trying to get the BQM "ping monitor" working (as explained in a previous post). That will show you whether you are getting any packet loss. If you do it
now you will get to see the behaviour before DLM intervenes, and see if anything changes in 2 days (or 1 day now, I guess).
