are you in a block of flts as openreach doing some work around flats in poplar -- see thinkbroadband thread a couple of weeks a go

During daylight please can you power off the router for 5 minutes, then start up again and take the stats immediately after?

There's a couple of things in there that may clear if you do that. The 53dB attenuation should allow a Downstream of about 4500kbps, not the 3200kbps you have, but there is a setting at the time you connect that may be preventing that. Or if you're very lucky it may go back to normal.

We need the stats taken straight after connecting as noise margin starts to move around after a while and that's what I want to see before it does.

I am indeed in a block of flats, St Davids Square.

I did see some openreach vans with some chappies fiddling round and talking on their mobiles, but this was back in November
