Is it certain that there will not be 10Mbit upload?

When I asked 2 weeks ago they were 100% certain.

Sky rang me last week to see if I wanted to order their FTTC broadband as I had expressed interest in it in the past. I specifically asked about upload speed and was told that without a doubt it will be limited to 2 Mbps. I didn't order as I already have FTTC with Plusnet now, and I'm unsure that I want to tie my landline in with Sky anyway because of the possible downtime if I ever want to take my landline away from them in the future. So yes, they are taking orders now and I was told 5 to 7 days for installation. They offered me free line rental for a year plus free installation, and £20 per month for the service.

I can't see them doing that as Sky are primarily a pay TV company !

Uses BT network, and Sky broadband on Bt ADSL network was rubbish so I been told.
