MLPPP isn't an old technology, it was the best way to get multiple links onto a single IP. Granted it works best when the characteristics and speed of the lines are very similar.
Do you actually need bonding, ie single application getting combined capacity on a single data stream, or will load balancing do it for you ? The latter can work on any two lines from any ISP without getting into the more costly and complex bonding solutions.
200 GB remains statistically a high use. It's a DVD a day and is deliverable with well below 1M running 24/7. Faster speeds give you quicker download times that will tend to increase the amount you download but not pro-rata.
