Just ordered TT Fibre and want to use my own modem rather than the HG532, will this work with it. Has a WAN port and was thinking even though it says cable it should work?
that router should work fine with the Openreach modem using PPPoE on the WAN, but I don't know how Talk Talk are doing their fibre product (they may well be using the Openreach modem).
The HG532 is the ADSL modem/router isn't it ? so not relevant to "Fibre"

MaxDSL - goes as fast as it can and doesn't read the line checker first.
Should be fine as TT installs are done the same way as anyone else - you get a HG612 modem to plug a router into. TT use the HG532 for both ADSL and FTTC, just configured slightly differently.
