It is now available as of this morning but can only be ordered by new customers via phone.

So no physical change to my line at the exchange then. Exchange is Sky LLU, but my line is SMPF (pay Sky for calls and line rental but voice service still on WLR3(?) due to long forgotten SVBN opt-out ages ago). Thanks for the info.

As you are rare now - I would double check with Sky that the WLR option will still apply. No need for it to change, but Sky may take the opportunity to change it.
