Openreach issue this data to ISP's so you can hardly penalise an ISP for using it

I think most of the people on this forum find the information from ADSL24 and other ISP's very helpful. It is unfortunate that Openreach don't make the same level of detail publicly available. Perhaps that will change in the future.
